Kulyk Proposal

This is a multi family townhouse proposal in the Bankview Community block from 17th Ave SW and very urban in nature.  Each unit has a double garage, amenity space at the rear and roof top deck with an open main floor plan.  It is meant to integrate into the community with a contemporary style.  It has not yet been built.
