Kiwanis Manor Lower Mount Royal
A 54 unit senior citizens residence located in Lower Mount Royal half a block off 17th Ave SW. The client was Alberta Housing Corporation and they were amenable to creating a more urban solution to the provision of housing for seniors moving from their homes. This project referenced some of the historic Mount Royal homes in a post-modern design.
