Farm House
This Century Home situated in Sunalta across from the Calgary Tennis Club was on the edge of demolition, but luckily the essential qualities and ‘good bones’ of the original home were still in place allowing Kim and Harvey to keep the building, making the project a renovation and rebuild. All mechanical, electrical and plumbing were replaced, new windows added, interior walls removed, new powder room added, full new kitchen and bathroom, closets, new floors, new doors or rebuilt existing, rebuilt door hardware, all walls re-plastered and every inch repainted including the basement floor. Top line appliances and digital door locks were installed, the entire site landscape was redone and the existing garage rebuilt up to two car standard. Splashes of colour and new low energy lighting accentuate the great high ceiling spaces. Harvey and Kim love this charming house
